Booking Policy
A deposit to secure your booking will be required and a minimum spend may apply depending on your requirements. We will also require a pre-order in advance of the event with details of any dietary requirements. 

Due to the maximum capacity of our restaurant any booking over 40 people will require a Venue hire.

Cancellations
If a notice of a party member’s cancellation is received less than 24 hours from the function date, 100% of the food revenue lost by the Restaurant will be charged. The Restaurant’s estimate of such revenue shall be final and biding upon the Customer.

The Customer should ensure that it has documentary evidence confirming that the Restaurant has received advice from the Client of cancellation or final numbers.

Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel for any reason, 50% of the deposit can be refunded if the cancellation is made four weeks or more prior to the date of the booking.

Only applies to Venue Hire.

Gratuity

A 10% gratuity will be added to your bill, which is shared evenly among our staff. This is very much appreciated.

Corkage Fee

In circumstances where the customer wishes to provide their own alcohol for the event, we will charge a corkage fee of £35 for Wine or Prosecco and £40 for Champagne. The customer may not bring any alcohol without prior written consent by the Restaurant. 

Dietary/Allergen Requirements
Our guest’s safety and experience in our food and beverage areas are a paramount importance and we will endeavour to accommodate all guest dietary/allergen requests.

To ensure these special requests are treated with extra care there is a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for dietary/allergen, intolerant, or other special requests. Although, please note that due to the nature of our business and offers we cannot guarantee 100% allergen or intolerant free recipes/dishes.

Venue Hire
In our Restaurant we can cater for up to 60 people seated and 120 standing as a maximum.

The minimum spend varies depending on either if it’s a lunch or dinner event and day of the week, please find below all our options:

January – April / October – November

Lunchtime
Tuesday – Thursday: £2500
Friday – Saturday: £3500

Evening
Tuesday – Thursday: £4000
Friday – Saturday: £5500

May – September / December
Lunchtime
Tuesday – Thursday: £3500
Friday – Saturday: £4500

Evening
Tuesday – Thursday: £4500
Friday – Saturday: £6000

Plus 10% Service Charge
£500 Deposit to be paid at the time of the booking.

All bookings require pre orders for food, wine and any arrival drinks.
