The Dehu tradicional has a nose of green apple and floral notes with a fresh mouth-wathering finish full of almonds and wild fruit.

2. Castelnau Champagne NV

3. Deutz Brut Classic NV
The Deutz style is a combination of elegance and finesse. Very complex, elegant fruit, pear and hints of brioche, white blossoms and white flowers.

0.1 White Oddbird Organic
This natural white wine is produced from the local grape varieties Vespaiola and Garganega. With aromatic flavours of pears, stone fruit, beeswax and a refreshing finish.

0.2 Red Oddbird Organic
This Merlot & Pinot Noir blend has flavours of blueberries, dark cherries and touch of oak with soft tannins.

Superb crisp minerally fruit nose, a counterbalanced Sauvignon with fresh acidity, a top class wine in its region, arguably punching the same direction as a good Pouilly Fume!

Rich and powerful with intense red fruit aromas and a long spicy finish.

40. Châteauneuf du Pape – Bastide Dominique Rouge 2019/20  |  £88
Inky ruby in colour, roasted dark berry, cherry preserve and plum aromas, more musky earthy notes on the palate round of this rich Chateauneuf.


41. Château Lucas Saint-Emilion Lussac 2015/16 | £48
A dense meaty nose, with liquorice and fennel, followed by cedar and black fruits. This rich, chunky style with dense plummy fruit, spice, cedar and ripe tannins.

42 Chateau Labat Haut Medoc 2018/19  |  £47

It reveals notes of small fresh red fruits, violet and small notes of juicy cassis associated with small touches of liquorice, a subtle hint of peony and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame as well as freshness.

44. Margaux – Chateau Les Hauts de Tetre 2018/19  |  £76
This lovely wine offers us a spicy and fruit notes, with true aromatic complexity of his big brother. An elegant and silky wine, worthy of Margaux wines.

45. Chateau Gloria – Saint –Julien 2018  |  £122
This beauty has a refined and elegant bouquet with more red than black fruit: wild strawberry, damson and a touch of pencil lead as it shifts up the gears with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, quite structured and firm with spicy black fruit laced with cedar.

46. Pauillac – Lacoste Borie 2015/18  |  £105
Beautiful ruby red colour, very intense red berries aromas and spicy notes. It presents the very characteristic cassis nose. Fruity with ripe and silky tannins on the palate.


47. Riesling – Dr Loosen Red Slate Dry 2020/21 | £32
Taut grapefruit and mineral nose. The palate has lovely melony richness with grapefruit precision and delicious fresh minerality. Very bright and crisp with real intensity.


48. Gavi di Gavi Roberto Sarotto Sassi della Maddalena 2020/21  |  £38
Crunchy delicious with a lift of elderberry flowers, peachy perfumed aromas, perfect with food or without.


49. Amarone della Valpolicella DOC – Bottega 2016/17  |  £79
This Amarone is very full bodied, with spicy notes of tobacco with a scent of cherry and marmalade, it is dry, warm velvety and intense.

50. Borgo del Mandorlo Appassimento Rosso, 2021/22  |  £33
Love Amarone – Veneto’s queen of wines? Appassimento is southern Italy’s interpretation of this gorgeously, weighty style made from air dried grapes. This Puglia red has dense black fruit and spice notes, full bodied and bursting with flavour.


51. Painted Wolf Pinotage “Guillermo” 2020/21 | £42
An elegant and balanced wine packed with flavours of ripe mulberry, exotic spice and creamy vanilla, presents a lingering finish.


52. Kleinkloof Sauvignon Blanc 2021/22 | £30
The nose shows hints of white gooseberry, green apple and citrus, refreshing and long-tasting.

This medium bodied, fruit driven Chardonnay displays appealing melon and peach fruit flavours.

55. Cannonball Chardonnay 2020/21 – California  |  £64
Displays of honeycomb, sweet cream butter, pastry and honeysuckle notes, with layers of flavour of poached pear and toasted almond.


56. Cannonball Cabernet Sauvignon 2019/2020  |  £62
The balance in the mouth is exceptional from start to finish – strawberry, blueberry and red apple all spiced in a layer of toasted oak all very well balanced.

57. Pinot Noir – Hahn 2018/19  |  £45
Discover this outstanding wine, hints of red cherry and ripe strawberries. Full bodied with nicely integrated oak flavour of vanilla and spice. Great partner for lightly grilled meats…drinks beautifully!


58. La Flor – Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 – Mendoza | £42
A simple, but yet strong Cabernet Sauvignon, fruity in flavour with a velvet finish.

59. Gascón Escorihuela – Malbec Gran Reserva 2019/20 | £56
Expressive and fruity nose that delivers notes of fresh red fruits such as plums and berries, red fruit marmalade, violets and smoky aromas provided by oak aging. Round and sweet tannins with nice long finish.


60. Navajas Rioja Reserva 2016/17  |  £40
Ruby red, with medium depth and balance and a fine bouquet, spicy and herbal aromas with a very expressive and elegant finish and a long, serene aftertaste.


61. Raimat Saira Albarino 2020/22  |  £33
A refreshing wine with enjoyable aromas of dried flowers, lemon, green apple and wet grass! Delicious as an aperitif or excellent with fish & seafood.


62. Kuki Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2021/22  |  £32
Tropical melon, gooseberry, and citrus aroma that transfer to a well-structured palate of passionfruit and herbs. The finish is refreshing and long lasting.

63. Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2021  |  £68
Fresh and vibrant on the nose, with aromatics of bright citrus, kaffir lime, orchard blossoms and passion fruit. The palate is concentrated and mouth-watering, with juicy stone fruit and subtle tropical characters underpinned by a fine minerality and Meyer lemon acidity.


64. Falconhead Marlborough Pinot Noir 2020  |  £35
This Marlborough Pinot Noir has rich aromas of raspberries and red cherries together with violets. On the palate, raspberries, black cherries and blackberries with luscious fruit sweetness.


65 Casa Ferreirinha, Vinha Grande, Douro 2018/19 £34
The aroma is intense, predominantly redcurrant and plum, along with spice, resin and cedar, all very well integrated with subtle oak. It is a well-balanced wine with firm, well-textured tannins and bright, attractive acidity. Its finish is very long and harmonious.
